At Safeco, one of my projects was updating the customer account management pages, Manage My Account. As part of Safeco's integration with it's parent company Liberty Mutual I was tasked on aligning the brand with Liberty and the overall user experience. The site was also not responsive at all.
I completed a site inventory and site map, classified the pages and where possible, made recommendations on deletion, rewriting or combining.

One bonus is that the site became Mobile friendly.
Cleaner forms. This is built on an antiquated backend. Very restrictive.
