At Safeco, one of my projects was updating the customer account management pages, Manage My Account. As part of Safeco's integration with it's parent company Liberty Mutual I was tasked on aligning the brand with Liberty and the overall user experience. The site was also not responsive at all.
I completed a site inventory and site map, classified the pages and where possible, made recommendations on deletion, rewriting or combining.
